Matsyasana ko karne ke bahoot fayde hai par dhayan rahe ise karna har kisi ke bas ki baat nahi hai. Isliye ise karne se pehle kisi yog abhyas purash ki madad jarur le. Matsyasana ka arth hai machali. Fayde

Ye aasan karne se bahot se rogon se chutkara paya ja sakta he. Isse bhipaachan Shakti badhane ke saath saath chaati ke dard dur kiye ja sakte he.

Dama (Asthma) dur karne me ye sahayyakari he.

Jaisa ke aap dekh rahe ho ise karte waqt aapke gale ka bhaag badhta he uski wajah se aap jyada se jyada taji (fresh) hawa apne andar le sakte ho.
