KAPALBHATI KAISE KARE – कपालभाती
Kapalbhati Kaise Kare. Sadiyo se saans se jude yoga pranayam sehat badhane mein safal upay rahe hai, Isme koi shak nahi ke Kapalbhati ek bohot prachlit yoga pranayam hai jo saans ke sath juda hua hai. Pranayam ek prakriya hai jeevan stej(shareer ki urja) ko badhane ke liye aur kapalbati mein ‘Kapal’ ka matlab hota hai ‘Matha’ jo ke apne ser ke balo aur nak ke beech me ata hai. and ‘Bhati’ ka matlab hota hai roshan karna simply chamkadar banana.
Ab to aap samajh hi gaye honge ke Kapalbhati ka aim aapki body (Fefdo aur nason ko) clean karna hai. Jisme saans andar lena normal hota hai. par jyada dhyan saans chodne par diya jata hai aur ye sab karne ke liye ek asan mei bethna zaroori hota hai. Ise Khali peth karna chahiye aur agar kha liya to khane ke 2-3 ghante ke bad. Kapalbhati karne ke liye Umra ka koi lihaz nahin hai aap kisi bhi umra mein ise kar sakte hai ha lekin aapko kisi expert ki nighrani mein hi koi nayi yoga practice karni chahiye. Ise karne ke liye sabse badhiya Indian climate hai. Aur agar yoga practice kahi hariyali me aur shant jagah par karte ho to sone pe suhaga.

Reedh ki haddi sidhi rakh ke zameen/farsh par Padmasan mein beth jaye(be relaxed). Ghutno pe hath rakhiye aura ab apni saans ke aane jane par dhyan dijiye. Agar baithne mein taklif hai to aap khursi par baithkar bhi kar sakte hai.Sans lena hai jaise ham hamesha lete hein, badme ise thoda thoda karnahai. Saans lene se khoon ka aeration hota hai.Abhi sans chodne par jyada dhyan dena hai. Sans ko forcefully (zabardasti) chodna hai. Dhyan rakhna hai ke aapke fefdo ki sab air aap zabardasti kar bahar chhod rahe hai.Sans lena aur forcefully sans chodna continue rakhna hai.Agar aap achhi sehat wale hai to 10 se 15 min daily aur agar aap bimar hai to 20 se 25 min daily aap kapalbati kar sakte hai.

Kapalbhati Pranayam Motape se ladhne mein,peth ki charbi kam karne me faydekarak hota hai.Isase Body oxygen supply badha hai, aur khoon shuddha hota hai.Ekagrata bdhane ke liyeupukt hai. Isliye kapalbhati ko ‘Dhyan’ karne se pehle karte hai.Isse Manspeshiyo ko tone karta hai. Jisase apki pachanshakti badhti hai.Tanav aur Bhavnatmak malbe se rahat milti hai.Iske alava kapalbhati aapko nadi shuddhi mei aur kundalini shakti jagrut karne mein madat karta hai.Sabse mahtvapurna fayda aapka chehra khilkhilane lagega. Aapka chehra glow karega. Jisase aap jawan lagoge. Umra chupane ke liye Na koi cream ki zaroorat hai na koi therapy
Savasana Kaise Kare – शवासन के लाभ
Aasan kaisa bhi ho use har tarah se karne me fayda hai. Aasan ko aap hamesha ke liye apni jindagi ka ek hissa bana le ya fir jarurat bana le. Jaise apke pass agar aapka mobile nahi hai to apko adhura sa lagta hai vaise hi aasan ke bina bhi aapki jindagi adhuri lage is tarah use apni jindagi me shamil karle. Is tarah use apni majburi ya jarurt job hi hai use bana le. Kyunki aasan karne se fayde hi fayde hai. Koi bhi nuksaan nahi hai. Savasana ek aaram dayak yoga he.

Subah se sham tak aap kaam karte huye behad thak jate ho. Jis vajah se mansik aur sharirik thakan hone ke saath hi tanav hone lagta hai. Aisi pareshani ko dur karne me yog ka ye aasan aapko behad fayda de sakta hai. Savasan Yoga (Relaxation Yoga) ka aisa aasan hai jisme samanya rup se letna padta hai. Yeh aasan kai gambhir rogon ko bhi sharir par nahi lagne deta hai.
Vidhi/Procedure
Ek aasan ya chatai ko kisi saaf jagah par samtal jameen par bicha le.
Apni peeth ke sahare let jaaye.
Ab apne dono haathon ko sharir se 5 inch ki duri par rakhe.
Dono hathon ki hatheliyan aasman ke taraf ho.
Pairon ke beech 1 foot ka antar rakhe.
Sharir ko dheela chaod de.
Sharir ke har aang ki tarah dhyan dete huye use dheela choad de.
Aankh aur muh ko band kar le.
Halki halki saans le. Apna pura dhayan ab apni saanson par lagaye. Dusre kisi vichar ko apne andar na aane de.
Savasana Yoga (Relaxation Yoga) ko karte samay yadi neend aane lage to apni saans ko lambi aur gehri khinche.
